BLOOM supported this player, once a traditional yellow page company called De Telefoongids (European Directories), in their digital transformation. Goal of this project was twofold; introduction of a new online proposition whilst creating an efficient process for future product introductions across the whole organisation.
Together with teams throughout the DTG organisation, we introduced a new online proposition for small and medium enterprises, that was used as an example for future product introductions. With the help of BLOOM, DTG embraced a new way of working with new work flows, digitally trained employees and a new brand and sales methodology.
