Strategy and value proposition
AutoTrack and Gaspedaal are both online car portals: websites that list (second-hand) cars that are for sale. As Automotive Mediaventions, they joined forces to strengthen their position in a competitive market.
On AutoTrack, sellers directly list their car in order to receive leads from potential buyers. Gaspedaal serves as a market aggregator, showing a large number of cars from different portals and car dealer websites, and redirecting potential buyers to the original source of the listing.
With both portals working in a fundamentally different way, BLOOM was asked to help think about how their strengths could be combined to optimally meet current and future market needs. By looking at market trends, competition, and current value offered to both sellers and buyers, BLOOM developed a clear strategy that will allow Automotive Mediaventions to create as much value as possible for all parties involved.
